R.L Roudebush VAMC

Sergeant Construction Inc is currently renovating 14 different waiting rooms in Building 1 of Richard. L Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1410 W. 10TH St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202. Sergeant is providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and all necessary resources to complete the project on time and on budget.  Demolition and alterations of finishes and openings, electrical, fire protection, mechanical, and plumbing.  

 

All work associated with this project complies with Infection Control Requirements and Interim Life Safety Measure requirements, in accordance with the specifications and drawings and special requirements of Richard L. Roudebush VAMC. The project schedule consists of 12 distinct phases involving multiple floors, rest rooms, patient waiting rooms, eye clinic, pharmacy and operational services areas entrance and exit areas.

 

In consideration of the intrusive nature of some of the project scope Sergeant Construction is administering an off-shift and a weekend schedule. We anticipate complete the project 60 days ahead of the original schedule
