Hines VAMC-GU Renovation

Complete renovation of an active GU Department. The 5500 square foot renovation includes the Prep & Recovery, Waiting and Exam rooms. Scope of works includes, Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical. Sergeant will self-perform, demolition, flooring, walls and doors. The finish carpentry will include casework, ACT and patient lifts. The period of performance is 570 days. The procurement is 100% set-aside for CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
