As President, Rick is responsible for Business Development, Strategy, Finance and Oversite for all things Sergeant. Rick is a former Army Corp of Engineers Non-Commissioned Officer who deployed to Iraq on two separate occasions so the fast pace and attention to detail of the construction industry is an environment he is comfortable in. Fun Fact: In the late Seventies and early Eighties Rick was a Rhythm Guitar Player for a Heavy Metal Rock Band called (The Archive) The band gained local notoriety hat earned the radio play and live concert exposure.
